We do not offer Support Contracts or Maintenance agreements based on
Annual fees, but......
 
At AppleMacFix we believe that for many small and medium businesses, the traditional ‘support contract’
is no longer an appropriate or cost effective proposition.
 
In essence, a computer or software support contract is an insurance policy against problems occurring
with your equipment - hampering your work flow and business output.
 
We believe what a business client is actually looking for is reassurance that if the worst does happen
 someone WILL be there to resolve the matter within a fixed period of time.

AppleMacFix offers the option of a Monthly Retainer  arrangement for business clients who are looking for
the reassurance of timely, preferential support.
 
For an agreed, advance monthly fee based on the size of the installation and the response required, we
will guarantee to respond to your problem as a matter of priority and within the terms of the agreement.
The fee includes time on-site, so for example, an agreed £100 monthly retainer fee will guarantee a
response within an agreed time period, with the first 4 hours of work on-site included in the fee.
 
Any Parts, software or consumables required are NOT included in the fee, but we will make it clear what
 is needed to resolve the issue and the anticipated cost. You can source the items or we can do it for you.
We do not add mark-ups or percentages to such items - we only charge for our time and expertise.
 
If you don’t need to call us for an emergency, we will be happy to visit at an agreed time within the month
to carry out a thorough health check on your systems for a period up to the value of the retainer fee.
 
If you like the service provided - simply continue;  If you don’t, you can cancel within the 30 day period.
 
You’ll have the reassurance you need, save money and not be ‘tied in’ to an annual agreement.
